sir hindi brush yung ginamit ko dun. image lang yun sir na ginawa kong layer. gawin nyo na lang search kayo ng image ng sun ng pinas. tapos i-cut nyo na lang via pen tool. tapos yun na yun.

it's a little kind of patience ang gagawin mo, if you want to make a lineart, the best way you can do it, you need to use a lot of pen tool. cause there is no easy way you can do that i just a click away.

1. perfect the pen tool, take a lot of practice how to do a curve, you can use other shortcut such as ctrl, alt, and shift while in a pen tool. (you can search in DA in "how to use a pen tool" there's a lot of tutorials here.)

2. make another layer, and optimize you main layer(image) make it 50% transparency.

3. tapos you can trace na yung lineart nung images to make it drawing just like lineart. tapos right click, click stroke path and enter.

what i mean is you kinda make an outline out of an image, like turn an image into a drawing with a single stroke pencil p2t, where you can only see black and white strokes..manga style but not yet colored..you know what i mean..hehe

you can make it cartoony by selecting your image you want to take effects. then choose in the toolbar filter/artistic/cutouts. and your the one who adjust which can be better in your image.

no probs, sa tingin ko hindi ka makaka-pagbrush na pa-reverse, angginagawa ko na lang ay nagcre-create ako ng brush,

here's the tips how to create brush

1. make a new document, and create a new layer
2. delete the background
3. pick a brush you chose, and reverse it (the way you want)
4. reverse it by pressing Ctrl + T, and right click choose flip horizontal.
5. and go to the "edit" tool bar, click "define brush preset" and enter
6. you now have a new brush in the brush menu.
